Please contact the property in advance if you have booked more than 1 room and wish to be accommodated in the same building.Please note that the reception and the sauna are closed from May to October, breakfast is only available at the partner hotel nearby during this time. Check-in is organised, but payment at the hotel is not possible. In this period, payment is only possible by bank transfer or credit card before the stay.Please note that daily cleaning is not included in the rate of the apartments but is available at a surcharge on request.When travelling with pets, that they are allowed in certain apartments only at a charge of 25€ per pet, per night. Returned for the second time. Beautiful location with a view of a green mountainside and the cable cars to Grünwaldsee. The rooms are clean but soon they need to be refurbished. Great sauna.

I like summer in Alps. It was really fantastic sleeping on 8 Celzijus degree during hot summer. People are very friendly and the whole experience was above expectations.

On the returning to home we booked again the same hotel but we were in different rooms. It was fantastic again. It is value for the money, 2 new rooms were fantastic again. The lady on the reception was waiting on us since we arrived very late during evening. Very, very pleasent and friendly person. All above expectations!

The room was clean, there was a small fridge and a safe. Tv was in every room, breakfast was very good with mamy options to choose. Ladies at the reception desk spoke good English. The hotel is located close to restaurants.

It was a very nice experience, accomodating staff (we had 2 cars and parking). The hotel is nicely located and int he wnter would be the best to go ski from there. In the summer it was possible to hike and it was very nice.

The view was spectacular. In apartment was everything we needed. We had two bathrooms, bedroom and living room with kitchen and sofa. Beds were very comfortable, we had free parking and dog was for free. In town was one open restaurant and that's it. There was really calm and quiet.
