Buffet had a lot of variety. Spa area was really nice. Staff was friendly. A nice and lively atmostphere. Good connectivity with bus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very attentive, always cheerful and ready to answer any questions or offer information.The food was of the highest quality, as was the service. The views from every part of the hotel was beautiful, at times breathtaking.

Delicious food, breakfasts, dinners and bar menu are awesome. One of the best Spa areas I have seen. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

The breakfast was excellent. A wide and varied selection. The Belgian chocolate spread (instead of the expected Nutella) exceeded our expectations. The only negative was the porridge (which was too creamy) and lacked real brown sugar (i.e., Dominos Brown Sugar). The staff was very helpful and, on our request, moved us to a room with a better view of the mountains.
