Accommodation in this house was very pleasant. The rooms were pleasant and cozy. There was a comfortable and cozy kitchen. The location is fantastic, with a view of the mountains outside the window. While the autumnal weather prevailed on the toboggan run in Innsbruck, when arriving at the accommodation, the children had the opportunity to enjoy winter fun on the mountain. Beautiful walking trails are nearby.

The property was very spacious and Katja and Klaus are very welcoming. They don't speak english but I used my basic german and that was fine. There was no washing mashine but Katja did a load for us for 5 euros. You need to have cash for the deposit and Katja took the required tax payment out of that and we got the rest back at the end, no problem. The area is amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony looking at the mountains and watching the birds and wildlife. We did lots of cycling (I recommend an e bike unless you are very fit!) and walking. There is a great restaurant 5 mins walk away, also very welcoming. There is a Spar shop about 10 mins drive away that has everything you need.
