Lovely, modern room. Very comfy bed. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied. Great location. Fantastic sea views (binoculars supplied).

Lovely sea view in light and airy room and good location, just outside of the busy town but still within walking distance to train, ferries, restaurants etc.

We were in one of the annex rooms at the rear of the property, so no sea view but the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Located a short walk from the centre of Oban, and the ferry terminal it's well located. The continental breakfast was very good, and cooked options were available (at a cost) but we found the continental to be really good. The welcome was good and there were a few complementary items in the room, distintively Scottish which were lovely and appreciated.

The room was great, even bigger than expected. Right next to the beach, so the views when leaving the room were great! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Plenty of room to sit and chill and the option to sit at a table/desk.

We stayed in the annex at the back of the main building which housed 3 individual rooms which each had their own entrance looking over the shared courtyard. The rooms had more of an apartment feel and the weather was gorgeous so being able to sit with the door opened to outside was amazing.

We had a wonderful view of the water and mountains from our large and lovely room. The bed was oh, so, comfortable.

This was our second visit with Iain and Lindsay who are amazing hosts. They are wonderful prompt at responding to any questions during booking and stay. Can't say enough about their kindness and helpfulness. Their attention to detail goes above and beyond. The rooms have a fabulous view out over the waterway. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The location is perfect for walking into town to shop or grab something to eat, or to head down to the docks for the ferry or boat trip, or for a visit to Dunollie castle. Can't wait for our visit.
