Booked at the last minute due to a ferry cancellation. Very friendly staff who gave great advice about how I could get my weekend back on track, and good conversation in the bar. The bar is very impressive on the whisky front, as is the staff's knowledge as you'd expect. And a useful central location.

It was tastefully decorated to a high standard. The room was spotlessly clean. Coffee & tea supplies and toiletries were generous. The linen was sparkling white cotton, and the towels were large and fluffy . The host without being asked kindly showed me around the whisky bar which had over 400 whiskies . The hotel is a hop and a skip from facilities including transport options and ferry’s.The hotel was hosted by the owner and the lovely staff .

The Whisky Vaults is such a lovely place to stay in Oban - wonderful location, excellent place and friendly staff. I did particularly appreciate the grab bag for breakfast even available in time for the first ferry! Thank you to the team.

Great location, bar was fun and great idea to be able to order from the local fish and chip shop so completely hassle free. The 'To Go' breakfast was a real bonus too.

Great location in Oban, just around the corner from the main street. Hotel is very good for one night during trip. Relatively small room. Depsite there is no brekfast, owner provided some breakfast package to our door in the morning. Large whisky bar downstairs.

Good location. Receptionist very nice. Good bar downstairs. Bar staff super helpful sorting me a place for dinner. Nice atmosphere. Bonus breakfast bag was a nice gesture in the morning.

We felt very welcomed at the Whisky Vaults! Charming little hotel connected to a pub, very nice atmosphere. We could order food from the Fish and Chips shop nearby and eat it at the pub, enjoying a local beer or whisky which was a plus.
