Breakfast not offered which was ok by us. Very friendly host When we were stuck for getting some washing done our host helpfully organised washing for us same day for a fee.. Great service beyond expectation.

Location was convenient, close to everything in Oban. Great if you don’t want the „hilly“ Guest Houses in Oban. Super nice staff and owners.

The location was peaceful yet close enough to the main street to access everything. The tea/coffee tray was very much appreciated. The room was very comfortable and perfect for our needs.
