Very cold bathroom due to old windows so airy. Appreciate renovation but could be finished better around woodwork and grouting. Lovely foyer and dining area.very polite staff. Noisy until 1.30 am with other guests and televisions. Car parking could be better set out.

Great hotel with minimal walking distance to centre of oban and shops evening meal and breakfast was good and the waitress on both services was very attentive to your needs

The bed was so big and the white bedding was absolutely immaculate, as were the towels! Lovely big shower/bathroom too. Plenty hot water also. Good stock of tea/coffee/ biscuits etc. The staff were so friendly on arrival and departure. We've stayed in The Regent in the past and the new decor is lovely. Location is absolutely perfect for all amenities. All in all a very pleasant weekend was had.

Good location, the room was compact but had everything you need. Huge bed which was really comfortable. Staff very welcoming and friendly. We stayed on a room only basis and did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food.

On arrival the receptionist Ramona was so pleasant and very helpful and even upgraded the room for my parents colin and Irene stayed in room 32 she couldn’t be more helpful to my parents after my mum fell as well she went above and beyond and she is a credit to your team please pass on my special thanks for looking after my parents so well. Room was beautiful and very clean with a beautiful view and they also said the breakfast was lovely and so much choice and would love to stay with you again..
