Huge room, huge comfortable bed. Little touches like biscuits and fruit. Great views and very pleasant staff.

The continental type breakfast was perfectly adequate . The room was spacious and the picture window which had comfortable chairs to sit on looking out on the beautiful view of the Oban sea and the ferries going past was great. Nice little touches like a sherry decanter , biscuits and fruit made us feel at home. The bed was a super king and very comfortable and the linen was of a high standard.

The Perfect Views, Recliner chairs to sit back and watch the Ferry’s come and go 👌 Off road. The Tunnochs , tea cakes. Iron Brew, Wee sherry to have on arrival. Fridge with Glass water bottle l.. Great attention to detail..

Great view from the sitting area in the room. The rooms had all the necessary facilities and were very clean. We enjoyed having a choice of some complimentary treats like tea, sweets, oatmeal, and sherry after a long journey.

Ideally located on the edge of the town centre but within easy walking distance. We were on the ground floor at the front but it was quiet and views were spectacular. Would happily stay here again, loved Oban.

The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable with a separate walk in wardrobe. There was a small fridge which I found very useful and a decanter with sherry which really hot the spot after a 5 hour drive! I was also delighted to find it was refilled every day with enough for 4 glasses which I thought was a really lovely luxurious touch. Tea, coffee and various snacks also provided. The bathroom was also large and top quality with a double shower, all spotlessly clean. The house itself was a Victorian building with a beautiful entrance hall and stairways, sumptuous and welcoming, with fruit and chilled water also provided. I was in a back facing room but would love to stay again in one of the front rooms with bay windows overlooking the amazing westerly facing coastline where the sun sets over the sea.
