Bar area, friendly staff- they were The Best, Stephanie, Amber and Chris especially. The open fires were welcoming and warm as the weather was freezing this was appreciated! The beds and linen were really comfortable. Food was good and drinks menu long and varied. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was absolutely delightful. Large comfortable bed and room. The dining area and reception are beautiful with the fire place and lovely Christmas decorations. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous location; very friendly and attentive staff; genuinely dog friendly hotel. Extremely comfortable bed with top quality linen; underfloor heating in the stylish en-suite bathroom. Elegant but warm and welcoming public areas.

It was all lovely, the hotel was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge by the fire with the Christmas lights all around.

Hotel was fantastic .the wood burning stoves were a treat,, the christmass decorations were lovely.The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice .for hot cooked and a help yourself continental buffet .Nice menue for dinner too.Room was warm and comfy, with a stunning view over the loch.
