The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful with all our questions about the area and happy to have general chats. The breakfast, particularly the porridge was delicious- such good cooks. The place is quiet and really well situated with a short walk into town.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and our hosts were lovely. I would highly recommend this guest house and I would certainly return for a break

Stayed 1 night. This was our second visit. Clive and Karin are lovely hosts who talk to everyone. You feel like you're old friends coming to visit. Breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choice and full breakfast has to be tried. Excellent. Room was very spacious, clean and everything you need. Toiletries are the best. So much so I bought some when I got home the last time. Look forward to our next visit 😊

It was exceptionally clean, had great views over the bay. Breakfast was fabulous and Clive was there for your every need. We arrived early and Clive offered us the option to park and pop into town until 4pm check in. The property has a secret staircase which leads you to the town in just a few minutes The decor & furnishings reflect the period of the building.

The guesthouse is conveniently located in Oban, only a few minutes walk from the main street. Our room was of a good size and the breakfast was tasteful.

We had a comfortable very clean room which included a two seater sofa and wardrobe which was convenient. Karen and Clive were very friendly informative hosts Breakfast and service were excellent with a choice of 5 different hot options, also fruit and cereals etc. The location was a three minute walk into town on a bit of an incline. Fortunately we had a room main floor but if we had a heavy suitcase it could have been challenging.
