The true quality of a company is not based on when things go well, but what they do when they do not go well. Thankfully one of the owners saved the day by calling me, listening and taking onboard some constructive and positive comments for improvement. One of the other owners probably shouldnt talk with customers... I'd be confident in using the Strathnavar in the future and the experience being much better. Parking is excellent and access to all of Oban easy. Loads of potential for this accommodation to do really well.

The key to the room was easy to access and instructions were very clear. The room was nice and warm which was very much appreciated on the cold days. The breakfast was delivered every morning and was fresh and plentiful. There was plenty space to park and everything we needed was within walking distance of the town. We would have no hesitation returning back to Strathnever.

Room lovely - great view. Same room that we had last autumn. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast box just right for us. Very handy that supplies of milk, tea bags and sugar etc were in drawer in sitting room/dining area.

location excellent, main road avoidable by taking side streets into town view great, communal lounge great boxed cold breakfast left outside rooms was enough to get you started!

The location was perfect, free parking. Room 4 was clean and an amazing view. Close to the road, but it was not that intrusive.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean on arrival. The sea view from the lounge was beautiful Walking distance from the sea front and railway station A pleasant lounge area with settees plus a couple of tables with chairs and a small fridge. We used this area for eating breakfast which was nicer than eating it in our room.
