Good location and lovely view from window across oban bay. Big bedroom lots of storage, heaps of extras in room juice buiscuits etc etc. Bed was big and room very clean.

Superb location with sea frontage and a 10 minute walk to town centre. We had a rear room as we booked the day before our arrival, it was spotless and roomy. We appreciated the shortbread and the instant add water porridge. Checkin was easy with key left in envelope as prearranged.I imagine a seaview room would be glorious.

Host was very accommodating re parking but did have a problem as we were leaving…we had been blocked in. No breakfast at premises although 2 porridge cartons were left in our room. Coffee/tea was available with biscuits.
