Great location: near Santo Domingo church and walkable to other main churches, the zocalo and museums and restaurants Quiet. Friendly front desk who were able to offer discounts on tours.

The Hotel has such a lovely warm and homely feeling to it, close to everything and staff very friendly and helpful, lots of plants everywhere and very personal touches, we enjoyed our stay immensely

Location and size are great. The staff was so helpful and allowed us to check in at 6am after our arrival following an overnight bus.

The hotel is lovely, it was very clean, and pretty quiet. The cleaning lady was very kind to us as we both got really ill upon arrival. The hotel itself is a gracious establishment, very well maintained. The room and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located a few blocks from the Zocalo, which was just a pleasant stroll, and there were coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby.
