I liked that the lodge rooms had a shared lodge kitchen, and this was clean and had good appliances, and complimentary coffee and tea. The shared lounge dining space was nice and warm with the fire going. Gardens would be nice for kids in summer.

The campground is beautifully run by the owners, offering a picturesque and serene setting next to a river creek. The lodge rooms are spacious (ours had a queen bed and two bunk beds, perfect for families), and the shared kitchen and bathroom facilities are well-maintained. It's also conveniently located close to key spots in the Moeraki area, making it ideal for photographers like us.

Awesome place to stay, will get a cabin with toilet next time as we had children . But kids loved the experience of showering in the toilet blocks . Kids playground was amazing & owners we so lovely!

I liked the room I had after changing to a bigger room... The showers and toilet were clean and tidy the kitchen was a really equipped with alot of stuff a air. Fryer. Would have bng good
