Really happy and cheerful host on arrival who shared some local knowledge of the penguins and even offered me muffins to have with a cup of tea. Convenient location, close to historic area which we loved. The property is a little dated in the bathroom but functional. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and met our needs for the night. The host was one of the friendliest people I have come across in motels whilst travelling NZ

Spacious little unit close to everything, our little dog was allowed to stay too which was awesome. Very very clean as well! It’s a little bit dated but so the cleanliness makes up for it and this didn’t bother us at all.

Lovely, easy going, clean place to stay for a night.. We were kindly up graded to a room with a spa.. It had everything we needed….
