Have stayed several times. Staff always very pleasant and friendly/helpful. Breakfast was good. Like the look of the new Spa area with outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Neither used on this occasion.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much effort for them. They were so welcoming as well. Food was delicious, location was superb and set on such beautiful green lands. There was plenty to do both in and out side.

A very nice hotel. Nice room, good breakfast, nice dinner too. The new spa is lovely too. Staff are friendly and efficient. We liked the extras- the glass of wine on arrival, good quality tea and coffee in the rooms plus fresh milk. The impression given is of a well thought out service, professionally delivered. Will recommend to friends.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, little extras like ginger liqueur in the room, spa was lovely, overlooking a lovely view, good breakfast options.

Breakfast choices were ok but not that good if you prefer a continental style meal with lots of cold meats and cheeses .

The staff were amazing - friendly, professional and engaging. Room was large and fully equipped. We came with our dog, and the little touches were superb - dog biscuits, poo bags, a toy… plus the freshly baked biscuit for us and complimentary ginger liqueur at bedtime
