Nestled close to the shores of Rutland Water, just 5 minutes’ drive from Oakham and a 50-minute drive from Leicester. This former farmhouse is surrounded by the scenic beauty of the Rutland countryside and offers free WiFi, free parking.

This beautiful old Manor House hotel and farm estate was just glorious in it setting. Five star quality chic interior rich in history and atmosphere. Absolutely stunning.

Lovely staff, great location with a fabulous outdoor spa. We had a lovely surprise with welcome glass of mulled wine, cookies and ginger wine in the room. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and really good service and meal in the restaurant. We had a lovely view from our room with amazing sunrise and could see Rutland Water and fields. The spa was so relaxing and beautiful with the steam rising in the sunset and glass of bubbles in the hot tub whilst watching the highland cows.
