The place is simple but very comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a very efficient shower. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to help. For example they offered a complimentary great lemongrass tea when we were back from our excursion, cleaned our walking boots from mud, etc. We had the best dinner we had in Rwanda (including much more expensive places).

The lobby / front yard / communal area, was really nice. Looks like the accommodation has been newly built.

Very friendly staff, who tried to accomodate all our needs. They even washed our car and our boots that were muddy from hiking, Food was very good. The place especially the outside area is very nicely designed.

The hotel is very nice, rather modest and the staff were great. It is not within walking distance to the town. We liked how quite it was and the food was delicious. They helped us find an excellent tour guide and everything was very easy. It was not a busy time so only one other room was occupied so there was no problem with noise. The wifi and hot water was consistent.
