The staff was very accommodating and relocated us to a more suitable accommodation than the one initially booked, moving beds around. The breakfast was freshly made from local incendients, and abundant enough that we did skip lunch. The staff organised for us a nice boat trip around the area where we could see weirdly, local communities and enjoy the hot springs... The waters of the lake are warm even at 6am and the beach is accessible even at night time.

It was an incredible experience. I went with my partner for our one year anniversary and it was perfect! I will defend be going back. The rooms, private beach, the food and the staff were all incredible.

This hotel is a gem. I have stayed at Kivu Paradise Resort many times over the past couple of years. Some highlights are the lush tropical gardens, the beach, the stunning lake views, the delicious food and rustic fireplace at the in-house restaurant, and the private cottages. Kivu Paradise Resort is one of my all-time favourites.

Beautiful views, gorgeous room and bathroom, comfortable bed with a good mosquito net. Waking up to so many bird songs we’d never heard before. The team were so kind and helpful. Including on one day where we couldn’t find a coffee plantation we were trying to get to. One of the employees who knows the area well jumped in the car to help us.. and it wasn’t close by!
