Everything! From the moment we arrived we were so warmly greeted. Ranjith and his team were so helpful and always smiling, we felt very at home. Sadananda the doorman was also very welcoming and always smiling! It was my partners birthday and they kindly go him a cake to celebrate!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at W15 Glenfall, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of options that were perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The location is another major advantage: it is situated just a short distance from Nuwara Eliya city center, making it convenient for exploring the town and its attractions. Overall, W15 Glenfall is a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya. I can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at W15 Glenfall Nuwara Eliya. The staff were friendly and made check in easy. My room was clean & comfortable. It’s also in a great location, close to everything I wanted to see. The customer service was excellent, and I felt very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

W15 Glenfall is a beautiful newly developed property situated on a hill, offering great views of the town. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was exceptional. A special thanks to Dhiliban for being so attentive and helpful with all our needs.

Beautiful property located in the heart of Nuwara Eliya. Rooms are beautifully done and very spacious. I’d recommend the deluxe rooms as the views are better. Great breakfast and 10/10 for the service. Good value for money.
