Excellent location comfortable room .staff very helpful and courteous. Loved the communal terrace looking out onto tea fields and the evening frog chorus.

We were welcomed with a pot of tea and biscuits that was taken on the balcony overlooking tea fields. Just wonderful. The room was a great size as was the bathroom and the bath overlooking the tea fields was great in the evening. The owner offered to walk me around the tea fields in the morning, which was a nice personal touch.

Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere and going above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast featured a variety of both continental and local items, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable stay at Villa Tea Fields!

The staff provided genuinely heartfelt service, which truly moved me. They prepared everything to align perfectly with my travel schedule and were always kind and attentive. I was able to relax comfortably in a quiet hotel away from the bustling city center. It was a wonderfully special experience.

The staff were very helpful, they went out if there was to make us feel welcome and comfortable . We were very lucky to get upgraded. We have a lovely tour of the teafields in the morning.
