The staff provided genuinely heartfelt service and Everything is perfect, The is full of beautiful flowers and well maintained gardens ,very comfortable room, which truly moved me. Our stay at was truly exceptional for our family. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d made the right choice. The house we stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone to relax. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials The hotel’s location was also ideal for families. It was within walking distance of parks, museums, and family-friendly attractions. Overall, townside Lodge is a fantastic choice for a family stay.. we left with wonderful memories. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to other families!

Breakfast was not included. Having Kitchen with all facilities. Neat and clean. Maintained well with flower garden outside property. Less than 1 Km distance from main city and walkable. Property owner is very well mannered and welcomed with Tea.

The hosts were very kind and responsive. Lovely people. Sent over some hot flasks of tea and coffee in the morning. And some sandwiches. House was nice and big. Plenty of beds! Nice garden.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Townside Lodge in Nuwara Eliya, and it was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms and kitchen were spotless, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The location is perfect, being very near to the city, which made it convenient for us to explore all the local attractions. Plus, the weather was super cool, adding to the overall charm of our visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Nuwara Eliya!

We appreciated our little house. Our host and his mother were very responsive and nice. The place was neat and tidy when we arrived. I appreciated the great gardened yard - so many flowers.

We loved this stay. Accommodation is exactly what it looks like in the photos. It's fair to say that it's basic but this is exactly what we booked :) . Right in town down a lovely street that really made you feel you were staying local. The upstairs sleeping area was being worked on when we arrived and wasn't available to us. This cause zero issues for us. Loved the cooler temperatures in the town, no aircon is needed and the extra blankets are appreciated. The host was fantastic, brought us tea as well as some Sri Lankan snacks for us to try. Also the garden is quite lovely.
