Ideal location. Spotless rooms. Great views across the town from the balcony. Close enough (5 -10 min walk) into the centre of town but quiet location. The team at the hotel were really attentive. Malik was particularly helpful. The breakfast was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I liked this place. I booked a big family room, which was spacious and clean. Because Nuwara Elia is a cold city, they provided 2 good blankets to keep me warm while sleeping (was much needed). hot water in the shower is really hot--be careful. there is a nice backyard where I enjoyed a bottle of red wine under the warm sun in a cold town. they make very good pancake for the breakfast.

Central located. Friendly staff; they will help you with everything you need. You can go to city centre by foot. We are traveling with a 1,5 year old girl. She also loved The Ramp.

The hotel and the room were very nice. We went to Horton Plains and we could have our breakfast after the hike, really nice. We did not sleep well because of barking dogs (hotel can’t do anything about this). We got a pick-up from the train station but this is no hotel service but a taxi, we paid USD 7. This is okay but was not clear to us.

We had a mountain view room at the top. The view at the back was nice as it looked back over a well maintaimed garden and towards the Grand Hotel.

The staff were great, recommended some activities and places to stay. The accommodation was very cool and the rooms were huge and we had an enormous breakfast which was delicious.
