Rooms feel very new with comfortable beds and very good bathroom facilities. Breakfast is also very good z Staff are friendly and helpful.

Close proximity to the Grand Hotel which is ideal if you're going to afternoon tea. Also very close to Victoria Park, the Turf Club and a great food court. Short 5 minute walk to the main town and post office. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid to do some laundry and they had it back to us washed, dried and freshly pressed in just a couple of hours which was very impressive as we hadn't even paid for an express service!!
