View was lovely, great sunrise and sunset views. You are able to see stars on the night sky clearly which is amazing. The host is super nice and has great advices and tips. The place is overall super calm and cozy

We had a wonderful stay at Sherwood Cottage. The view from the cottage was absolutely breathtaking, making it a peaceful and relaxing retreat in Nuwara Eliya. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was kept clean and tidy. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other options in the area, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for an affordable stay with great views and a cozy atmosphere, Sherwood Cottage is a fantastic choice!

8-10 min walk to centre of Nuwara Eliya, perfect value for money, clean, quiet & everything you need, location is beautiful, host is very friendly, we enjoyed our stay a lot! Recommended when staying in Nuwara Eliya :)

Beautiful views! Lovely area of Nuwara eliya. Quite far away, but restaurants in the area deliver to the property and they have menus in the rooms. (Hot butter veg and cuttlefish was 10/10)

The owner is very friendly, she offers tea, coffee and even offered to build us a fire. The weather is much colder and wetter in Nuwara Eliya, so having a nice big bed and duvet was lovely. Shower is also very hot!
