Location was good- just by park and an easy walk to town. Breakfast was included (for £1 for two of us) and was really good. With a selection of sri lankan and international choices.

The family room which we got was beautiful the view was excellent, only problem was the last staircase as it was from outside you some time get wet in rain.

Kind staff. Access to the city center was close and we could walk. But there was no restaurant or cafe in the hotel. It had a nice balcony with a view of the park

Really comfy bed, and Nisa arranged a sunrise tour to Horton Plains which was a stand out of the trip, worth the early morning!

1. The room was excellent for the family of 4. 2. The room was facing Victoria Park, which gives an excellent view. 3. The hotel is in heritage area, due to which the ambiance is good and gives colonial feeling. 4. It is rare to find such hotels which make stay pleasant in these days. 5. The hotel staff was very courteous and available while serving breakfast and dinner. 6. I will like to stay in the hotel again during the next trip to the city.

Convenient room and very friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view on trees. Walking distance to the town centre. Nice breakfast.
