The accommodation was extra special as it was so homely. The attention to detail and extras not mentioned in booking details, were over and above our expectations. These included good quality soft sheets, a sofa to sit on. Dining table, dining chairs and crockery provided. Television in the room. Decorative flowers and ornaments in the room. Excellent room service for breakfast with great attention to detail. Takeaway breakfast made for our trip to Horton Plains. There is a terraced area at the front of the accommodation where you can sit outside. A small delightful garden full of flowers and birdlife. We sat in the garden to drink our welcome pot of coffee and tea. Assistance from the owner was given to organise the tuk tuk to Horton Plains. Also, on our first night the owner guided us into town through a shortcut. We thought he was going to point us in the right direction but he shone a torch for us for the whole distance. So helpful! The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. There is a newly updated room that has the addition of a lovely fireplace which will be a real bonus in the cooler season. It looks like a room in a boutique hotel! Excellent value for money!

This is a great cottage to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Value for money and only 10 mins from the town. Priyantha is a great host and we appreciate his hospitality. Shower is really nice and the place is cozy.

the room was very clean and comfortable. It felt super cozy and we enjoyed our stay. The shower is really good. The owner is so sweet, he helps you with every small request. He brought us directly some nice tea and also prepared some breakfast. He is very passionate about improving his property. The accommodation is a bit outside of the center, but you can easily walk to the city in 15-20 min.

Best Experience: Clean Spacious Room and bath room; more than listed facilities are available in the room, just like a flat-screen TV. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Tea, coffee, and meal prices are very reasonable and have very good taste.

It is very beautiful and the inside of the Room is very clean. Its fireplace is extremely beautiful and serves as a great addition to the cool of the night. Also the hot water shower there is very good. Further nothing much to say we get best experience in Nuwaraeliya and hope come again. And recomended for coupls.

Friendly and helpful hosts. The owner helped us arrange a tuktuk to take us to Horton Plains. We had a beautiful room with a fireplace and the location was great

Beautiful cottage room incredibly clean, amazing bathroom & super homely. Host went above and beyond. He gave us loads of recommendations, did our laundry and helped with further travel. Everyone should try Dushan’s kitchen which is local :)
