Jungle Retreat with Exceptional Butler Service! Our stay at Bambu Green was nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel is a true hidden gem, offering a perfect blend of nature. What made our experience truly outstanding was the personalized butler service provided through Prisma. From the moment we arrived, our butler went above and beyond to cater to our every need. They helped us plan our activities, brought fresh tropical drinks. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay seamless and unforgettable. The property itself was stunning, with breathtaking jungle views, a serene ambiance, and impeccably designed accommodations that allowed us to immerse ourselves in nature without sacrificing comfort.

It was one of our favorite places ever and we are sure we’ll be back. We loved it so much we extended our stay twice, just because we felt so relaxed and well in there. Place is beautiful, so well cleaned (and I’m demanding in that area- congrats to the cleaning team for the great job!), well maintained, with beautiful garden (congrats to the gardener!) and very tasty food (congrats to the kitchen team!) Prisma and Eka are a very good team and just really go the extra mile to make sure that guests are welcomed and happy.

The suite itself was amazing, great location and amazing view. Mayu was so helpful and went above and beyond, even getting us some fresh aloe vera when we got burnt.

It is a must go during the travel, it was our only “expensive” hotel and it was so worth it. The staff was incredible, specially Rixy Komang, who was taking care of everything we need.
