Location - the walkway to the hotel entrance was at the end of the short road from the ferry landing, no need for transportation. Shops and eateries within walking distance (I liked the Indian resto called Dhaba, smoothie at Tropiz Street and Sugardaddy for gelato). The place looks nice as you approach it. Reception easily accessible. Good aircon and WiFi. Comfortable bed. Hot shower, good water pressure. Decent towels. Plug and light switch next to the bed. Although I didn't need them, nice touch that small toothbrushes/paste provided, and earplugs - the Call to Prayer here is much more subdued than in non-tourist areas of Indonesia, although I'd imagine it might be a surprise if you weren't expecting it. Tourist info in the room and on the wall at reception. At 9pm I arranged with reception via WhatsApp a ferry ticket for 7.20am the next morning. Ticket price included drop-off which I was glad I took advantage of as the 7.20am ferry didn't have enough bookings to run and so I was then taken to the 7.30am ferry leaving from further down the road. Appreciated the hotel staffer sticking with me until we were sure I would be getting on the right ferry.

Staff were very polite and helpful with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and well presented. Location is great, near the ferry port and nice restaurants. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay!
