Great location on route to the ferry to Gili. The staff were very friendly. We liked our rooms and the breakfast had lots of options. The pool and gardens were also lovely.

We were a family of 3, it is a very congested Hotel and unclean bathroom, there is no space for an extra bed too.There is no proper lighting in the room. AC swing does not work correctly. There is no spa centre as per the listing.. Water is clogging in the bathroom sink.

Good breakfast and wonderful staff. Hotel is clean and modern with a good pool. The hotel located in a good spot and near airport. I will recommend this place for friend and if I’m coming to Bali, sure will book a new room from here.

- The hotel is very nice looking and adorable. It really is the perfect stay for this price in this area! And since we stayed for 30 nights there we had some bonuses. - The staff were the best! It was really wholesome, we didn’t expect anything but it was nice of them. The staff were always smiling, happy and helpful. We are truly grateful, they made our stay more pleasant. They were very friendly, too! From time to time they asked us for our opinions on their breakfast or hotel overall. So, it’s nice they appreciate those things. On our check-out day we had to leave at 6AM and we asked the hotel to drop us off at the airport. Because it was very early they didn’t have anyone available. But since we had stayed a whole month there they made an exception for us and we really did get dropped off at the airport at that time! It was very kind of them. We felt utterly happy! 😊 - The location was perfect honestly! We considered staying in Uluwatu or Ubud but we’re so glad we chose here instead. We rented a scooter and basically drove around the whole island. Kuta is 15-20min and so is Uluwatu. And Nusa Dua Public Beach was like 6-7min from the hotel and it was the best beach - clean, blue water, cheap sun-beds. We visited other beaches too but like I said this was the best one. So definitely consider this area for your stay! - The hotel food was delicious! The breakfast options are a LOT! Breakfast was delicious and they had options (veggies, rice, fruits, pasta, dessert, drinks, seafood included sometimes). Those were everyday with some variations. This is perfect unless you’re staying for a very long time there. The hotel restaurant was nice too! Great food and great mocktails! It wasn’t very expensive either.

I hate the breakfast same breakfast every day. As some foreigner were there so they should make some good breakfast. My AC in my room was disturbed but later they upgraded our room. It's was nice. The staff were very kind and their behaviour was so nice.
