The staff was very approachable and easy to reason with when addressing our queries and were generally pleasant and very professional. We even received a complimentary room upgrade, for which we are very grateful, and had a great time at the resort.The rooms were very spacious and well-kept.

Clean and spacious room, nice private beach, very good breakfast, big supermarket nearby, not too overcrowded, swimming pool was pretty empty all the time and warm. Gym was also empty. Overall I would go here again.

The pools was amazing, the breakfast was just right, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the bed linens was clean and smell good, they took good care of the pillows with pillows protector as I like to sleep on a clean pillow with the protector. The private beach they owned was not that far away and it was amazing with white sandy beaches snd it is near Waterblow beach where you can see the waves hit the rock it was quite spectacular (you pay to get in but very cheap). The hotel will give free shuttle to the beach everyday. The people who’s working there are very nice, friendly and helpful. Mbak Yuni, Mas Deddy and Mas Desra (who mind the private beach) among those lovely people we have met there. Thera are many nice restaurants within walking distance (Jalan Pantai Pengiat), there is one with live music and it was great food too, called Kenja.

Massive room sizes, large bathrooms with gorgeous bathtub. The balcony was large with hanging wines for privacy. The kids loved the pool with a good amount of shallow end and deeper end. So many hanging vines throughout the property. A fun pool table we played in the afternoon and free shuttle bus to the beach and Bali collective shops every two hours. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and convenience stores and massage shops. We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect.

Stayed 2017 and again now. Staff are excellent in reception, room very room large and comfortable. Need transport to get anywhere though. Many restaurants nearby that are of high standard with excellent food. Pools are great with good cocktails.
