The tranquility of the whole complex is excellent. Breakfast seating well organised and the buffet catered for all nationalities. The high tea was second to none.

This was my second time at the Kempinski and you could not fault anything. The level of service and attentiveness we received from every single staff member was unparalleled. It's the most beautiful resort I've ever seen. No detail was spared in the design and offerings.

I treated myself for my 45th, had Birthday Cake delivered to room on arrival. The staff Olan and Raka were extremely professional. Even the boys waiting us by the pool had style and respect. What a wonderful experience. Definitely recommended. We always like to stay at Nusa Dua before heading north to the hustle and bustle - after a long flight. This is the spot 💯

All rooms we stayed were clean with garden view and some part ocean view. Koral restaurant offered outstanding food👍 All staffs who served us were excellent and the place itself offered a relaxing atmosphere
