We felt at home! Want to experience true local life? This is the right place for you. If you're adaptable and interested in communicating and overcoming language barriers, what awaits you at Ruslan's guest house is not just accommodation, but a whole welcoming, kind, and caring family. A smile and Google Translate are all you need to have fun and meet amazing people. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Ruslan is a knowledgeable host who can offer you experiences in other rural accommodations with different families. You can also buy some embroidered items made by family members!

Ruslan was extremely friendly and helpful, as was his father. We got suggestions for walking routes, and stops on our way back to Bukhara. Delicious food cooked by his mum. Excellent breakfast, and dinner at a good price. Beer and wine available. Plenty of hot water. Well located in the old part of town. Easy to walk to the pilgrimage sites in Nurota. Easy parking in a nearby square.

Home made food and staying with family is nice experience. Ruslan organizes all kind of touristic activities in the desert and in the mountains. Prices are a bit higher but Ruslan is very active in local sustainable and eco tourism.

Good local food prepared by the domestic women. You stay with the family and see their lifestyle. Ruslan is very nice and calm person. He can organize any kind of local tours. The prices are bit higher but He is very active in local eco and sustainable tourism.

Family guesthouse, Ruslan does a great job in developing a tourist offer in Nurata : house is expanding, rooms are more than ok and new ones are coming. The courtyard is very pleasant (I stayed several days just to enjoy), and Ruslan can organize some day-tours to visit around, which you Can share with other guests (rather appreciated since hitch-hiking might not be that easy here). The smiling family prepares breakfast and diner on demand.

Good A/C. Wifi works, quiet at night, good sleep. Good hot water. Help with suitcases. Good breakfast and a nice chat with Ruslan during dinner. Also help with registration. Communication with Ruslan was quick.

Rooms were excellent and well designed. Very pleasant location. Local people very friendly.and appear pleased to see western visitors. The owner is building on two sides to form a courtyard with more rooms and a restaurant. Looks as though it will be very good when finished.
