Great bed. Great location. Nice staff. I completely recommend this place. It has the best entrance to the old town for beauty too.

Great location, this hotel is 2 minute walk from the nearest tram station. Lovely cafes located nearby and 10 minute walk from the Christmas market through the wonderful castle arch. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had an issue with our shower, could not have been fixed quicker. Add your breakfast!! Food was incredible, fresh all made on site and a huge variety. Room was incredibly comfortable, spacious and I have even asked about buying a mattress from their provider (its an option in the rooms) as it helped my wifes bad back. Hotel is also spotlessly clean. 100% rdecmmend the stay in this hotel.

Very spacious, clean room in quiet but central location. High quality breakfast, lots of choice. Genuinely friendly, unpretentious staff. Easy access to beautiful old town, public transport available just around the corner.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional - great variety and fresh food everyday. Love the location being a 5 min walk to the Old Town and Christmas markets - couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. A very cosy and friendly family-run hotel! And we loved the lovely Christmas touches around the hotel, with complimentary Gluhwein and home made cookies :)

The staff were really friendly and helpful, able to advise on getting around and public transport access. Our room was large and very quiet. Hotel really handy for brauhaus and restaurants in the northern part of town, as well as the Christmas markets. The breakfast is outstanding, lots of home made pastries.
