Staff were great location was good. Room was perfect comfortable beds. Parking underground at extra cost which is normal. Had some food and drinks in lobby to buy. There's a aldi up the street it shuts at 20:00.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Short walk to Uban and close enough to walk to centre. Rooms were lovely and spacious, clean and fresh, the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was self service with a wide variety of foods for all tastes. Lovely fresh fruit to take away with you. It was a lovely gesture to have minerals in a small fridge beside reception for customers to take free of charge, also bowls of sweets and mini chocolate bars to keep the sugar levels up 🙂 We had a fantastic stay and will recommend to family and friends. We will be back in the future.

This was our 2nd time to stay here. The staff were so nice, we booked the early arrival time, but needless to say I was unwell on arrival at 10am and they kindly gave us our room. All the staff from cleaners to reception were very pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel in a very nice location, easily to explore the city. Very clean and spacious rooms with great amenities. All people working there are very kind and helpful! We enjoyed an amazing breakfast buffet with huge variety to choose from! We will definitely come back!

The location of the hotel was ideal because of its closeness (walking distance) to the historic Altstadt. The room was clean and tidy. The windows were fairly well insulated against outside noise. The breakfast was pretty simple but sufficient. It was a good place to stay for a few nights.
