The staff were friendly and helpful, the lady's preparing and serving breakfast were busy replenishing and clearing tables. I loved having individual coffee pots on the tables at breakfast. Very prompt when asking for help to call taxis.

Good-sized bedroom. Helpful staff. Varied choice at breakfast. Hotel is a little way from the city centre but that’s no problem as it’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from a tram stop from where trams, running every ten minutes, take you into the centre in around ten minutes.

Perfect cleaning, nice breakfast (I liked quality over quantity of options), friendly staff, location, quietness, comfort. A real key, not a card.
