Excellent location! Everything is really 5 minutes away in the historical 'Altstadt' and Lorenzkirche and since it is very close to the main train station (Haupotbahnhof), shops can be reached in no time. From our room the view was the castle tower and the pedestrian area. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who comes for sightseeing or wants to travel by train in the area. (We did the same, taking a live trip to Bamberg and Schwabach.)

The location is great - at the top end of the old town it is very easy to walk to all the key sites. The venue is pretty relaxed and coming and going easy. Room was a fair size and the beds were comfortable. The room heats up well ( we went in December) once you have figured out turning up the radiators. They are clear about what you will get when you book (so there are no drink making facilities in the room, but you know that before you get there).
