Helpful staff - when I stupidly locked myself out by forgetting my room key-card, someone came quickly to let me in again, despite the hotel being generally unstaffed Good-sized room with everything you might expect. Handy location between station and city centre

Location was great, a short walk from the train station, and close to main tourist attractions. Helpful staff. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good shower. Modern. Loved the complimentary sparkling water.

Locat was fantastic. Very clean and lovely inside. The rooms were lovely. Staff were great. There was a lot of noise from outside, but this is not the fault of the hotel, and it is in the city
