Pole Pole House - WHAT A PIECE OF HEAVEN! Situated in Nungwi, 5 minute walk to Nungwi Main beach is the perfect spot to stay in Zanzibar where you would get value for your money! On top of this, the owner Mohamed makes sure his guests are well looked after and happy at all times. Mohamed assisted me with taxi’s, a tour and a ride to the airport, he sorted everything out for me. He went as far as cooking an awesome delicious meal for all the guests the one night to enjoy - Egyptian food, WOW! I was very happy with my room, just what I needed for my 7 days in Zanzibar. The staff was great as well, helping me with anything I needed. I also made use of the massage services twice, it was very good. The breakfast was also very nice, starting from 7:30 to 10:00 am. They have a variety of fruits, hot dishes, breads and eggs your way. I was happy every morning! There is an outside section where you can just sit and relax when you need a break from the busy Nungwi beach, I use to sit there after a beach day and just relax! Thank you Mohamed and Pole Pole House! I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again.

Our bungalow was very beautiful. Breakfast was best we had in all our travel in Tanzania. Personal was very nice and professional. Location was perfect, close to the beach but bit away from touristic area. The owner was also friendly guy. He welcomed us and said goodbye when we left. 🙂 And they also gave us delicious welcoming drink, hibiscus juice if I am not mistaken. In short words, it was truly amazing place that I recommend if traveling in Nungwi. ☺️

Great value for the price. Close to the beach. Loved the personel! Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, wi-fi was working fine, AC as well. All was great!

The hotel did surpass my expectations. The location is great and quite close to nungwi beach. The staffs where especially kind and willing to offer assistance at all times. The breakfast was also tasty and filling, however i would recommend a variety of dishes be included. Electric kettles could also be made available in the rooms as this would allow guests to enjoy a hot beverage at any time without waiting till breakfast.

I made a really late, last minute check in what wasn’t a problem. Staff was also really helpful, taking into the consideration the price range my stay was wonderful!

The owner was very responsive and answered our questions and helped us to book a taxi and boat trip before we arrived. It was really well priced for the area, the room had air con and there was a decent breakfast included.
