Apartment was clean. Location is perfect! 3 minutes away from the beach. All kinds of restaurants and shops near by. Breakfast is great, there are several different choices. Free parking within Jahazi complex. Manager Juma is so kind! He helped us with rent a car, internet card and information about island.

Such a great experience at Jahazi. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Super spacious rooms, large bathrooms and really clean. Cleaning is done thoroughly each day. Breakfast has a nice few choices to choose from. Best of all the staff were really wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. The place is super quiet/in a really quiet area, and about 3 minutes max walk to the public beach. Air con worked well and there was a fan too. For breakfast you get mango juice, an entree of tropical fruits and then the main you order like pancakes or eggs with toast. Safe area to be.

The staff is incredible ! They work hard to make the clients satisfied and are always friendly and smiley. They were all very helpful and ready to help with anything. You don't find people like that everywhere, so thank you guys!!! The hotel is minimal, quiet and very close to the beach. We would definitely go back! Everything was perfect, even though they were several blackouts (on the entire island). Special mention to the breakfast, simply amazing.

Super friendly staff, breakfast was good, in general clean rooms and toilet. AC and Fans working. Except when the whole island is out of electricity (they dont have a generator).

The location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay, specifically with the water and air conditioning. The water pressure was inconsistent, and there were moments when it was completely unavailable. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room wasn't functioning properly, which made for a few uncomfortable nights in the heat. That said, I want to emphasize how proactive and accommodating the staff were throughout our stay. As soon as we reported the issues, they did everything in their power to resolve them promptly. They provided alternative solutions and ensured we were as comfortable as possible despite the inconveniences. Their dedication to guest satisfaction did not go unnoticed and made a significant positive impact on our overall experience. While these issues were a bit of a setback, the genuine efforts of the staff and their commitment to resolving the problems made all the difference. I appreciate their hard work and hospitality and hope these minor issues can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests.

I have stayed at Jahazi a few times now, and it keeps getting better with every visit! The location is perfect, offering a serene, peaceful atmosphere and is only few minutes walk to the beach, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The rooms are very simple, but always clean and very comfortable, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can tell they prioritize cleanliness and comfort, making sure guests feel right at home. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the wonderful staff. Juma, the receptionist, deserves special mention. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and always available to help with anything we needed. His attentiveness and warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. Juma went above and beyond. The rest of the team at Jahazi was equally amazing. They were friendly, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. You can tell they truly care about the guests and work hard to create a welcoming environment. Another standout is the Maasai guard at the entrance, who is always on hand, ensuring the hotel feels safe and secure. His presence and attentiveness, always checking who’s arriving, adds an extra layer of care that makes you feel completely at ease throughout your stay. If you’re looking for a place with great service, friendly faces, and a relaxing atmosphere, Jahazi is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back again.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We felt ourselves very welcome. Fresh fruits was amazing what they served in the breakfast. The location was good. Everything was great.
