Great location at the beach with very good restaurant attached (the best on the beach), the staff there was very nice. Nice room with comfy bed.

Nungwi is changing. The numerous, small, local hotels are being replaced by large resort-style compounds aligned to international hotels chains like Riu or Hilton. Bakara is one of the remaining local places. The rooms are functional and clean. Baraka is at a perfect location right on one of the best beaches of Nungwi. During the day they have beach beds for their guests. At night these are replaced by tables for fine dining with candle light right on the beach. You select your food from a display of very fresh seafood. Baraka is one of the premier restaurants in Nungwi. This was our 3rd or 4th stay at Baraka and we will come back.

The hotel is very close to the beach, with sunbeds available daytime. In spite its very central position in Nungwi it was calm at night, no noise entered the room. The hotel has q popular restaurant, and there are a lot of other good places to eat nearby too. Nice breakfast with fresh tasty fruits and homemade juice and jam.

The property was beautiful. The traditional setup was great. Very clean and all facilities were there in the property. The location was also just infront of the beach so overall it was great. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The staff were lovely and the location has to be one of the best in Nungwi. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the free beach beds for hotel guests. The garden and accommodation is peaceful and cool.

I highly recommend the hotel, affordable price, the room I took was spacious with king bed, very clean and white sheets, shower room was so big as well, cold and hot water, I got a small fridge, AC and ventilation, the breakfast is quiet good, omletes fruits and juice. The staff are professional, very helpful really appreciate there work, they smile at all the time, super friendly (Mohammed specifically), the hotel restaurant is open to the beach, the food is very delicious, various and tasty, seafood or other dishes as I tried chicked veg noodles, some fish grille, u gonna enjoy the drinks here, the dinner is seved at the beach in a calm lovely atmosphere
