Bays Lodge made me feel like home away from home but even better. The staff members were extremely nice and helpful. The facilities are top notch and breakfast buffet was simply amazing to put it mildly. The ambience was super pleasant, quiet and cozy. The location is super perfect, central and there is a mall just behind the apartment that makes the apartment even more of a choice location. I proposed to my fiancée during our stay at the poolside and she was very impressed with the ambience. The staff helped me plan and organise it all discreetly and Mercy at the reception was just the best. She deserves a medal for all the help in planning the proposal. Nana, Mercy, Angela and the security lady all played a very big role in making my stay beyond pleasant. Super thanks to the security lady. I forgot to ask for her name so sad. She always had a smile on and was always ready to help at all times. This always made my woman feel so good and welcome. She couldn't stop commenting on this. I really appreciate you all at Bays Lodge and the work you put into make our stay in Accra pleasurable. I am definitely referring all my other colleagues and friends to this property.

The place is great! Staff are nice and helpful. Spacious yard, it's home away from home but with helpers around..... I loved it, I'd come again. The location is great for me, because I can take bolt, bus or taxi to anywhere, there's a supermarket called shoprite 2mins or less walk from the lodge, using the backway that receptionist showed me. If your Internet is not working correctly, ask them. They have several connections depending on which side you are in the lodge. In fact I had personal troubles that they staff helped me solve while I was there. So I am generally grateful to them for their services. If you encounter anything within or outside, talk to them. They are willing to help.

Very nice place with interesting staff. All the staff are friendly and prioritise guest needs such as helping you to get food and other essentials when needed. I am mostly concerned about electricity and air conditioning for a place in Ghana. This Lodge has standby generator that switches on quickly when the light goes off. I liked very much the breakfast and the swimming pool. Big ups to the staff - I will be coming there again when in Ghana.

The spacious compound, the building itself is amazing and easy to navigate around, it is cleaned daily and I’m pretty sure the building itself is the only thing they don’t clean because it is painted 😀 trust me it is no exaggeration, TOP QUALITY

You are the superstars of the Bays Lodge: - Amazing reception - Outstanding customer service - wow wow wow the breakfast!!! Just wooooow, every single thing is just a satisfaction - Rooms are super cleaned (no dirt whatsoever) Keep up the amazing Job and you all do deserve the best of the best!!! The staff are warm, friendly, and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. From the security team to the receptionists, cooks, and cleaning staff, everyone deserves kudos for their excellent work. Special mentions to Nana, Mercy, Angela, Winnie, and Emmanuel - they're truly awesome! The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and of high standard. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, look no further than Bays Lodge. They truly excel in providing a comfortable and welcoming experience for their guests. I'm already looking forward to my next visit, and I will bring my friends along next time! I just hope and expect the same exceptional treatment and can't wait to share this wonderful experience with them. Keep up the fantastic work, Bays Lodge team!
