I loved the location, helpfull and kind staff and the amenities (you can choose your own pillow). Only dislike is the small double beds. They mentioned this clearly beforehand. If possible upgrade to a room with a better bedding option.

Good business hotel in the centre of town.Rooms good,staff excellent.I'm not a fan of Japanese style breakfasts,so a bit more variety for breakfast would be nice.

We have booked two nights in Numazu, because it was cheap and it was easier to do one day trip from here (Kawaguchiko, Kawazu waterfalls, Hakone). It has a 24/7 reception, which was very important to us as we arrived little bit after midnight. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the anemities are excellent. Coffee for free available at the reception, there was also a shelf with hygiene stuff (hair rubber bands, shavers, hairbrushes, ear picks etc). There is a possibility of brekfast.

The hotel is located in a very central part of the city, close to the train station. The bedrooms are small, but comfy. Toilet is good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was central for Numazu station with many options for cafes and restaurants.

Located a short walk from Numazu station, and off of the main shopping street - excellent location. Breakfast had a good selection (and their mini hambagu were fantastic). Laundry facilities and vending machine were available, and amenities like toothbrushes, etc, were available in the lobby. The air con was centrally controlled, but you could choose the strength. I found this system worked well and it was always a comfortable temperature in the room. As an Aqours fan, I enjoyed that there were stands of the characters in the lobby and restaurant, and the staff had a small display for Chika's birthday.
