Everything was new and comfortable, the room was huge and quiet, the reception staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant is also great for dining.

A commendable attempt at creating a Western-style hotel in Nukus. The location is excellent, and the staff is genuinely helpful, always trying to assist and fix anything that goes wrong. It’s very quiet and private, with a comfortable mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep.

The location is good for easy walking into town and sights. Big breakfast with a wide selection. Quiet rooms.

New hotel. Very big room. Polite staff. Very clean. Conformable bed. Good breakfast. They found us a taxi to Moynak (unfortunately the driver didn't speak any English).

The hotel is very clean and the service is outstanding. The receptionist is very helpful and helped me to book train tickets which I was struggling with due to not knowing the language. There is also a restaurant in the hotel with exceptional food all reasonably priced. Breakfast is included and is very tasty. Overall it is a great place to stay.

Clean room, modern bathroom, good breakfast. The English speaking man at the reception was very helpful. When the tour to the Aral Sea we booked somewhere else was cancelled last minute, he arranged transport within 10 minutes for a third of the initial price. Good location within Nukus.

The staff was very kind and helpful despite the language barrier. We felt welcomed. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff however from time to time a bit disappointing. Our daugthers liked the little play area.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, and the rooms were actually much nicer, and much larger, than what we expected, based on the photos. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. Management was very kind and allowed us to check in very early (i.e., around 800 am) as we had arrived early on an overnight train. The location was great (within easy walking distance to the Savitsky art museum).
