I liked everything. Best welcoming and customer service any guest wants to experience in any hotel. All staff were so charming, delightful and attentive at the point that they invited my dad and me to have lunch from their staff food, a tasty local dish from Karakalpakstan. Beds were so comfortable and room was big. Breakfast the best of the trip too with wide range of local and western continental options. Reception team will help you to plan your Aral Sea Adventure, which is highly recommended! Thank you Faiz Hotel team for everything, the experience was absolutely outstanding, you msde us feel like we were at home

Easy to access. excellent choice. lovely lady a reception, Camilla. can't think of anything else to say. It is not really acceptable to make people write endlessly. A fault with this questionnaire.

Incredibly friendly staff spoke good English (which is their 4th language, so quite impressive!) Clean and spacious rooms Hot shower Good breakfast buffet with ample choice of hot and cold dishes Walking distance from museum and Qaraqalpakstan Parliament. Excellent spot to recover from an Aral Sea trip.
