The hospitality of the staff was absolutely amazing! Both the staff on day shifts and night shifts welcomed me like family. It was so heartwarming when the staff on Sunday shift offered to share their lunch with me, and that was the most amazing lu sipi 🥹 It's located in the heart of town, few blocks away from Friends Cafe, souvenir shops and everything you need. But that also meant hearing lots of traffic, lots of club music and early morning church bells so highly recommend bringing along ear plugs! But otherwise absolutely wonderful place to stay, I'll be staying here again for sure.

Excellent hotel. Super friendly staff and so accommodating. It's super clean and neat and just good vibes. It's walking distance to resteraunts and cafes and the market. Reception will even call for a taxi if you need one and arrange the airport shuttle for you as requested. Overall really happy with the friendly service and cleanliness of the hotel. I will definitely be back!

It was too basic. The eggs were over cooked. I like the location, central and many food places and shops are around the location. It is very neat.

What I liked most was the staff, who were great, and the general atmosphere of the hotel, which was quiet, pleasant and unassuming. The rooms were clean, but very basic. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful in helping me when my luggage was delayed. There was a high attention to ensuring guests had an excellent experience. I really appreciated their assistance in arranging tours, transfers and helping me find good places to eat! The breakfast service was great.
