Resort Overview

Set on Nuevo Vallarta Beach, Marival Resort & Suites features 7 restaurants, a spa and an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar. Each of its attractive rooms and suites has a balcony.
Located within the Riviera Nayarit Complex, Marival Resort & Suites is surrounded by pretty grounds. There is a golf course 1 km away.
Each air-conditioned room and suite at the Marival has bright décor. All accommodation comes with satellite TV and a minibar. Suites also have a seating area and some come with a microwave.
Mexican, Italian and steak options are on offer in the Marival’s 7 restaurants. There is also an international buffet and a themed restaurant, as well as cocktail bar.
The spa features a sauna and a hot tub. The beauty salon offers treatments including massage, facials and manicures.
Guests can make use of the resort’s flood-lit tennis courts and there are also basketball and volleyball facilities. Watersports are available on the beach, while staff at the 24-hour reception can arrange horse riding and bicycle hire.

Location was great. Facilities were good. Lots to like about this resort except the food and the challenge in getting reservations at the restaurants. It was super crowded.

The food at breakfast buffet was luke warm at best-the only hot items were if you had an omelet or eggs cooked-the location of the bread and toaster seemed way off, not near the "hot " choices-fresh fruit and yogurt were nice--the al a cartes were very good but was a challenge to book these since there are only 3 to choose from and they were not all open every night

Lovely hotel. We had a nice stay. The rooms were good and the pool was great. Right on the beach.

Staff was always cheerful and positive. All areas were clean and well taken care of. Great service, the a la carte restaurants were all excellent!
