We chose this hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight from the airport. Overall, our impressions were mixed. Positive aspects: • Cleanliness and tidiness: The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. • Staff: The hotel staff were polite and friendly, always ready to assist. Negative aspects: • Check-in time: Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. An earlier check-in was available for an additional fee of 100 zlotys, which we found somewhat inconvenient. • Condition of furniture: The furniture in the room appeared outdated, reminiscent of the 1990s, creating an impression that it needs updating. • Accommodation cost: The room price seemed inflated considering the level of services provided. • Nighttime noise: During the night, loud noises from other guests moving on the stairs and talking loudly disturbed our rest. • Airport transfer: The taxi to the airport cost 40 zlotys for a 5-minute ride, which appeared to be an overcharge by the taxi driver. • Food quality: The ordered dishes — Caesar salad and pork chop with potatoes — were unappetizing. It seemed that the food had been prepared in advance and merely reheated before serving; the sauce in the salad also did not meet expectations. Overall impression: Taking the above into account, I rate our stay at this hotel 3 stars.
