We stayed here several times and were satisfied with everything. Good food , good value for price, nice reception service, wonderful pool inside and kids activities in neighboring Aminess .

Very polite and helpful staff, big hotel with own parking and good price (3 euro per day), very good breakfast with good choice of food, clean room, fast WiFi connection with no issues in work, lot of space around to walk and enjoy seaside.

- Personal is very nice. -There was a wide range of tasty foods in the restaurant. -The location was beautiful and close to the beach - The hotel has a lot of services.

Clean swimming pool, enough free sun beds. Kids loved it. Good selection of meals at the breakfast buffet, very good breads and croissants. At dinners a bit crowded, no matter what time you came. At least three fish meals every day. The beach bars (Punto mare) are great, also a good choice of snacks. The place is well kept. A bit pricey, though...

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the complimentary coffee wasn’t the best, the option to purchase a better one at the bar made up for it. The area surrounding the hotel was lovely, with a scenic and peaceful walk along the beach leading into the city. There were also great spots to walk your dog, and the hotel even provided dog waste bags on-site, which was a thoughtful touch. The pool was nice, with a poolside bar offering a variety of cocktails, and the beach and sea were just steps away. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists kindly arranged a mini fridge for my room so I could store dog food, which was much appreciated. It was also wonderful that the hotel was pet-friendly, with a designated dog beach just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel offered access to a nearby spa and gym, only a 2-minute walk away, though there was an additional charge for these facilities. I really appreciated that the hotel cleaning staff respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign. They also provided a helpful sign to indicate when the room didn't need cleaning, which I found thoughtful. This approach not only made the stay more comfortable but also supported eco-friendly practices by reducing unnecessary cleaning/towel change every day.

The pool is a big plus in front of the building (we could even use it after the check-out), staff is kind and helpful. Also, the sea shore is super close, by walking distance. Food is okay, wide variety, but for some reason, not our taste. The town Novigrad is 15mins on foot, highly recommend to visit it (you can come back with the dotto train, 5mins).

All was great! Location- forest around, city center is walk distance 15 min, food was tasty, personal_ super! area of the hotel itself great with a lot of possibilities for free time in spite of swimming pool and sea!)
