The hostel has friendly and hospitable staff. It is extremely pleasant that they serve fresh fruits and cookies every day in the shared kitchen. There is also microwave, stove and oven in the kitchen, so you can cook everything you want. The hostel is located in a 3-storey building, in a quiet, cozy area of Novi Sad. Quite close to the biggest shopping malls (5 mins by feet), sports centre SPENS, Danube river and parks. 20 minutes by feet to old city centre. The individual room is cheap, quite spacious and warm (they have central heating). There are 2 restaurants/cafes on the 1st floor. Groceries are also very close to the place (3 minutes max).

It's generally speaking a good hostel, a large communal kitchen, excellent location near Promenade shopping centre, very clean, plenty of hot water, free fruit.

I like the fact that there is a kitchen to make whatever you would like. Very comfortable and clean with polite and helpful staff! I would recommend!

Everything was just nice. The staff girl is so nice and gentle, helpful with stuff I needed too. Room itself was two bed room, comfy and nice and clean. Beds were not the completely new ones, but I didn't have any major troubles, I slept fine.

...always biscuits, coffee and fresh fruit in the spacious common area - so nice! I had a single room for only 14€ which is an amazing price for the well-furnished and equipped, spacious hostel. There are many bathrooms with both toilet and shower so you can comfortably have your own space. It was easy to get there from the bus station and I can highly recommend it for both an overnight stay as well as a longer stay in Novi Sad. My room did not have an AC which does not bother me at all since I do not like them, but the hostel staff kindly provided each room with portable fans because it was very hot - I found this extremely nice. Also, the staff was very helpful in general and the hostel is conveniently located.
