The hotel is okay, with reasonable rooms, but the reception staff's attitude was disappointing and unprofessional, which affected the overall experience

The staff were really nice and really helpful. The owner had helpful suggestions about things to do. Definitely recommend as a place to stay it's centrally located and it's easy to get around. The breakfast is lovely and the facilities are clean.

It was in a good location and the staff are really friendly. Although the language barrier is overcome with a translation app. The room was clean and had the necessities needed. Any advice for getting around the city, the owner and staff are helpful with requests.

Great location, central, closed to everything important in the city in a walking distance. Very safe neighbourhood. Very quiet both the neighbourhood and the amenities. The people at the front desk and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The room is very comfortable both its furniture and the organization of its space. Very restful place. Highly recommendable.
